Paul Simon’s intelligent, incisive and sometimes playful lyrics were wrapped in hauntingly beautiful melodies graced by Art Garfunkel’s angelic harmonies. The effect went straight to the listener’s heart and left you with plenty to think on as you hummed along to Simons’ catchy hooks.
