What is Bike Anywhere Week?

Despite the cancellation of Bike to Work Day, we can still come together to celebrate the start to Spring and all our Arlington community has to offer by participating in Bike Anywhere Week

​From May 11-15, 2020, Arlingtonians can find joy in biking to their favorite local businesses, the grocery
store, around the block, or safely on a trail! 

Registration

With registration, participants will be entered into an awesome giveaway, and will be sent a BINGO card full of fun, and socially distant activities to share on social media or to simply stick on the fridge. Participants will also receive official “Bike Anywhere Week” t-shirts when renewing their Washington Area Bicyclist Association membership!

Join Mason Exhibitions and the Alan Cheuse International Writers Center on November 15, 6-8pm at Mason Exhibitions Arlington for a book launch of two authors, Megan Doney’s Unarmed: An American Educator’s Memoir  and Amanda Newell, Postmortem Say. This event is in collaboration with Faces and Figures: Identity Through Printmaking Between South Africa and DC. Themes of the exhibition respond to violence, reconciliation, and the spirit of Ubuntu (I am because we are).
